MLC Swimming – Fees Terms and Conditions

 
The MLC Swimming provides learn to swim and swim squad programs to both MLC and Non-MLC students.
 
Learn to swim: classes are conducted on a term by term basis with non-MLC student fees due by the last week of the previous term. All participants are emailed re-enrolment details and then pay fees on-line to secure their class for the forthcoming term.
 
MLC students and MLC siblings enrolled in the learn to swim program are billed through trybookings or student accounts. Students are billed for the number of weeks in each term. If students join the program once the term has commenced the billing is pro-rated.
 
If students have re-enrolled for LTS lessons (advised MLC staff of their intention to return) and do not attend, or withdraw once the term has commenced, full term fees will apply.
 
Credits are not available and make up lessons (2 per term) are only offered if students are unwell and the Aquatics Program Manager is notified within 48 hours of the missed lesson/s. Make-up lessons must be taken in the same term.
 
Senior and Junior District Squads: Non- Competitive program: These squads are term-based programs with all fees due within the first two weeks of the term commencing. Furthermore, all participants are emailed re-enrolment details and then pay fees on-line as per the conditions above.

Swim Squads: Competitive programs are billed in advance on a bi-monthly basis.
Refunds will only be given if requests are sent in writing to the Aquatics Program Manager and apply to swimmers who are absent from training for four consecutive weeks or more.
If a swimmer wishes to withdraw from the program four weeks written notification is required.
MLC students and MLC siblings enrolled in the competitive swim program are billed through student accounts.
